Pricing & payment.

  • Group walks from £18 · solo walks from £25 · day boarding from £30 · overnight boarding from £45.
  • Boarding deposit — a £100 deposit secures your boarding booking and is deducted from the final bill. It's refundable with more than 7 days' notice; inside 7 days it's non-refundable.
  • Cancellation (day care, walks & pop-ins) — more than 48 hours' notice: full refund; 24–48 hours: 50% charge; less than 24 hours: 100% charge. See our cancellation policy for full details.
  • Bank transfer — invoice sent by email, payable to Weare Happy Dogs Ltd. No card surcharges, no booking-platform fees.
  • Regulars can pay weekly or monthly by standing order — just ask.
  • New boarders — every overnight stay needs a 1-hour trial visit first, so the dog knows the home.
